Easily monitor your device’s status and receive timely battery notifications with our user-friendly app, ensuring uninterrupted functionality.
To set up and receive Battery Notification alerts, log on to the Matrix Vehicle Tracking App and click on the hamburger icon in the top left corner. Go to Notification Settings and enable Battery Notification Alerts. If you have more than one vehicle on your account you then need to select the vehicle registration number of the car you want to receive the notification for first. This action will ensure you are notified of any issues with the battery of your vehicle or unit.
Checking Your Unit Status
To check the status of your unit on the app, select the vehicle registration of the car you want to check, clock on GPS Pinpoint Positioning, and ensure you can then see the pop up showing your vehicles last know location. On this pop up you will see “Unit Status”. If this shows anything but green, please get in contact with us so we can assist you accordingly.
This action will ensure you are notified of any issues with the battery of your vehicle or unit.
