Subscribing to the Matrix Gold solution gives you access to premium features offered by Matrix like, Panic Alert with Remote, GeoLoc Advanced Alert and Crash Alert as a standard for the Matrix Gold solution. The Crash Alert feature is not available motorbikes.

When a crash alert is received, Matrix will assess the situation, get in contact with the emergency contacts and help will be dispatched to the location of the vehicle using the GPS co-ordinates from your Matrix unit, according to the assessment made by our Operations Centre.
